We have the well-developed training system. In World-Safety Management Institution, the professional training organization in World-Safety Company, we also provide on-the-job training and off-the-job training by making different training plans for all departments with the combination of enterprise development and employee’s career development.
The specific training system includes pre-employment training for new employees, skills training, common technical training, enterprise culture education, frontier know-how training and promotion training, etc.
